Mexico History

Mexico was fused as a town in 1855, was served by the Wabash Railroad in 1858 and by the Alton Railroad in 1872, and was first sanctioned as a city in 1874. The city is in the country district of Missouri, and was a transportation point for steeds and donkeys.

Mexico was an onetime noteworthy hotspot for the country's fire block creation, to such an extent that it embraced the moniker "Fire Brick Capital of the World". The business fell on difficult circumstances and both significant unmanageable plants in the region shut in 2002.
